Assistant Spa Manager

Job Summary

Heart and Soul is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Assistant Spa Manager to support the daily operations and management of the spa. The role will assist the Spa Manager in maintaining high service standards, leading the spa team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and achieving operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager in the day-to-day operations of the spa.
• Supervise, support, and motivate spa therapists, receptionists, and other spa staff.
• Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Monitor treatment quality and ensure services are delivered according to company standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, leave planning, and daily task allocation.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Support the achievement of sales, revenue, retail, and membership targets.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Monitor stock levels of spa products, amenities, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, reception, and other departments as required.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and professional presentation of all spa areas.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, hygiene, and spa industry requirements.
• Prepare daily operational reports and provide feedback to the Spa Manager.
• Assist in implementing promotions, events, and customer retention initiatives.
• Support the Spa Manager in achieving operational efficiency and controlling costs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Spa Manager or management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality, or luxury service operations.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor, Senior Therapist, or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, guest service, and spa operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a professional and welcoming personality.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic administrative/reporting procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• UAE experience is preferred

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
