Assistant Spa Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Spa Manager (Hand and Stone experience preferred) at our South Philadelphia Hand and Stone.

The Assistant Manager works alongside the Spa Manager and the Spa Associates at the front desk answering phones, booking appointments, greeting customers and selling memberships and spa packages. In addition, the Assistant Manager ensures smooth spa operations managing schedules, maintaining spa supplies and handling any customer or therapist questions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A passion for people and sales
• High level of enthusiasm
• Demonstrated ability to coach while also taking directive from Spa Manager
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
• Retail/sales experience
• Experience with Zenoti (preferred but not required)
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Ability to mostly nights but some days too
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
