Assistant Stock Controller (Oracle EBS System Experience)

Job Summary

The Assistant Stock Controller is responsible for supporting inventory management activities, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle EBS for inventory transactions, reporting, and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments in Oracle EBS.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
• Generate inventory reports and support management with stock analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
• Support stock audits and implement corrective actions where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory or stock control.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Inventory Module is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
