Assistant Store Manager / Assistant Hub Manager – Quick Commerce

We are hiring Assistant Store Managers / Assistant Hub Managers for our Quick Commerce operations across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Quick Commerce and Dark Store Operations, along with exposure to Last-Mile / Delivery Operations.

The role will involve managing day-to-day Dark Store/Hub operations, inventory, order fulfillment, dispatch, delivery coordination and team management in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Mandatory Experience

• Experience in Quick Commerce / Q-Commerce is mandatory
• Candidates should have worked in Dark Store / Rapid Store Operations
• Exposure to Last-Mile / Delivery Operations is mandatory
• Experience managing delivery executives, riders or courier/delivery teams
• Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment
• Experience handling store/hub operations and operational teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven and SLA-driven environment
• Strong people management and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting
• Exposure to WMS / OMS will be an advantage

The underlying JD also identifies Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Courier & Express, Last-Mile Delivery, Retail Fulfillment and 3PL Logistics as relevant operational backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Dark Store / Hub
• Ensure smooth picking, packing, dispatch and order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock availability
• Coordinate with delivery executives/riders for timely order delivery
• Monitor last-mile delivery performance and SLAs
• Manage and motivate store/operations teams
• Track productivity and operational performance
• Resolve operational issues and escalations
• Maintain daily operational reports
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational processes
• Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and customer experience

Educational Qualification

Graduation / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech preferred.

Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on Quick Commerce / Dark Store experience. Candidates from general retail, warehouse or logistics backgrounds without Quick Commerce / Dark Store exposure may not be suitable.
