Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets.

• Assist in recruitment, employee training, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Support inventory management, merchandise security, and stock availability.
• Monitor store expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
• Coordinate online sales activities and customer inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements.
