Assistant Store Manager

About the RoleThe Assistant Store Manager will provide comprehensive support to store operations and serve as a bridge between management and floor staff. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their retail management expertise within a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in day-to-day operations and team management
• Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and stock rotation
• Supervise sales floor activities and ensure excellent customer service standards
• Handle customer queries and provide product information
• Monitor sales performance and assist in promotional activities
• Participate in staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Address customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately
• Support in conducting staff training and inductions
• Manage cash handling and daily reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience (jewelry/luxury retail preferred)
• Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation
• Good understanding of jewelry products and terminology
• Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree
• Hindi and English fluency; Regional language proficiency preferred
