• Assist the Store Manager/Owner in supervising daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals
• Oversee merchandising efforts to maintain attractive product displays that maximize sales potential
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies effectively
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for staff members
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure phone etiquette is consistently maintained
• Organize schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet operational deadlines

Requirements

• Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or a related environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and administrative tasks
• Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
