MISSION OF THE ROLE Lead shift execution so our store runs fast, clean, and friendly — every hour of every day. What You’ll Do You’ll be the on-shift leader for the front of house — responsible for pace, cleanliness, guest experience, cash discipline, and coaching your team.

Your Success Will Be Measured By How Well You

• Protect a fast checkout experience by shifting labor quickly and leading with urgency
• Maintain spotless store, restrooms, and outside areas throughout the shift
• Create a friendly, welcoming guest experience and help drive positive reviews
• Run accurate cash procedures with integrity and consistency
• Keep product recovered, faced, and presentable, and complete daily expired/damages pulls
• Coach your direct reports through consistent monthly 1:1s with documented follow-up

The Pay Range For This Role Is 19 - 22 USD per hour(Midland/Odessa)
