Store Engineer – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
• Handle material receiving, inspection coordination, storage and issue of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, material issue/receipt and inventory documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
• Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
• Maintain proper identification, labeling and systematic storage of materials.
• Conduct regular stock verification and support physical inventory audits.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials and maintain ERP/system records.
• Control material movement and minimize shortages, excess stock and material loss.
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory and store-related reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices within the store.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in Store / Inventory / Material Management.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and material handling.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Automation / Packaging Machinery / Material Handling / SPM will be preferred.
• Good coordination, documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP or inventory management software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
