Assistant Store Manager - 高級法國奢侈品牌(鞋履)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop retail teams to achieve sales and operational excellence.
• Drive business growth by leveraging a strong personal client network and expanding the local customer base.
• Implement effective client development strategies and CRM initiatives.
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising standards, and stock management.
• Monitor business KPIs and identify commercial opportunities to improve productivity.
• Collaborate closely with regional management to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of retail management experience within high‑end or luxury fashion.
• Proven track record of driving sales through client engagement and relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Highly motivated, result‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possesses an established client pool and strong business follow‑up ability.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin preferred.
