Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing daily wholesale and retail store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and support sales performance.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Manage inventory, stock control and replenishment.
• Supervise, train and motivate store staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues.
• Monitor billing, cash handling and POS operations.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Coordinate with finance and inventory teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Hypermarket experience – Mandatory
• 5–8 years of experience in retail/wholesale store management.
• FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of sales, inventory and stock control.
• Proficiency in POS / ERP and MS Office.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
