Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

Red Dessert Dive is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead team members, and help provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dessert and food-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
• Assist with training, coaching, and supervising team members
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and store presentation
• Assist with inventory and supply management
• Support scheduling and daily staffing needs
• Handle customer questions and operational issues
• Help the Store Manager achieve sales and service goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, retail, bakery, or hospitality preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends when needed

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
