Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

Fluff Bake Bar is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily bakery operations, lead team members, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
• Support employee training, coaching, and supervision
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and store presentation
• Assist with inventory and supply management
• Support staff scheduling and daily assignments
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Help the Store Manager meet sales and operational goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bakery, food service, retail, or hospitality preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends when needed
