Assistant Store Manager

• Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily business operations of a retail store
• General tasks include supervising employees, communicating with and helping customers and carrying out directives given by the manager and the store owner
• Perform duties and responsibilities as a stand-in for cashier and/or checker
• Perform duties assigned by store manager
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree
• With at least one year work experience
• Must be highly accountable, hands-on, competitive, customer-focused, results oriented, driven, a team player and self-motivated
• Willing to be assigned in Hilton's Furniture, Angeles City, Pampanga
• Must be willing to undergo Knowledge Training in Tarlac City office

Interviews and initial trainings/exams are held in Tarlac City Head Office. Managerial applicants are required to pass the 2 months paid on-the-job training in Angeles store.
