Experience

• Proven management or supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred for diverse customer bases
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and administrative tasks
• Experience in sales management, team management, or retail management is highly desirable
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Prior experience in supervising staff, managing inventory, or overseeing store operations is a plus
