About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of related work experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or store operations management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales management and target attainment capability
• Inventory control and operational management experience
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
