We are one of Australia’s fastest-growing fragrance retailers, with a passionate, vibrant and ambitious team. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an energetic, motivated and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to lead our Pacific Werribee store.

This is a full-time role for someone who loves retail, thrives on sales performance, and knows how to build a strong team culture.

About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the store team, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the store operates to a high standard.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, training, coaching and leading a high-performing retail team
• Driving store sales, KPIs and monthly targets
• Creating an engaging customer experience through product knowledge and storytelling
• Actively engaging customers, including sampling and promoting products
• Executing company promotions, campaigns and product launches
• Building brand awareness and representing ESNC professionally
• Managing stock, inventory and store presentation
• Reporting performance updates to Cluster Managers and Area Managers as required
• Maintaining a positive, energetic and results-driven team culture

About You

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who is confident, energetic and commercially minded. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to motivate a team to achieve strong results.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in a retail management or store leadership role
• Strong sales ability and confidence working towards KPIs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive, hands-on and energetic leadership style
• Strong organisational skills and reliability
• A passion for people, performance and team development
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, cosmetics or high-volume retail will be highly regarded
