Pay: [$19.00 - $20.00 / hour or $35,000 - $45,000 / year

About the Role

Are you passionate about great food, fast-paced environments, and leading a high-performing team? We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead operations at our franchised pizza store.

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Store Manager to ensure excellent food quality, outstanding customer service, and smooth day-to-day store operations. Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership & Operations: Supervise daily shift operations, opening/closing procedures, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food presentation.
• Team Management: Help recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and mentor team members (cashiers, pizza makers, and delivery drivers).
• Quality & Speed of Service: Oversee pizza preparation, food quality, inventory usage, and order delivery times during peak hours.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and foster a positive customer experience.
• Financial & Inventory Control: Assist with inventory counts, ordering supplies, managing food/labor costs, and handling register balancing/cash deposits.
• Franchise & Safety Compliance: Enforce franchise brand standards, local health and safety regulations, and labor laws.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisor or shift leader experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), pizza operations, or food retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food cost control, scheduling, and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
• Must possess valid food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) or be willing to obtain one.
• Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred).

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts / 10-hour shifts
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts
