Bricks & Minifigs Buffalo Southtowns is looking to hire an assistant manager for the Hamburg store. This is a part time position. The role would require some flexibility of hours and includes working weekends and holidays. Duties

• Assist in managing daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and sales performance.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability.
• Foster a positive shopping experience for customers by maintaining high standards of service.
• Collaborate with the Retail Sales Manager to implement promotional strategies and achieve sales goals.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
