Assistant Store Manager

We are currently seeking for an Assistant Store Manager TOD'S Group Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Assist in retail sales management and monitor store KPIs
• Assist teams in the selling process and store operations, and act as a role model
• Assist in store people management, including manpower arrangements, training and coaching; inspire and motivate team members to work as a team
• Maintain qualitative image of the store, including visual merchandising and environment etc.
• Ensure the CRM KPIs meet company standards, maintain the client portfolio and identify potential client development opportunities
• Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with extraordinary customer service delivery, including but not limited to customer’s complaint
• Contribute to store events and programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich database
• Assist in prepare relevant reports to the management

Requirement

• Tertiary education or above
• A minimum of 5 years' retail experience with at least 1 year at management level, preferably in luxury business
• Strong business acumen, logical mind-set with good interpersonal and communication skill
• People-oriented supervisory skill, good at customer services and sales-focus
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP retail
