The Cleveland Furniture Company is seeking a driven and organized Assistant Store Manager to lead daily showroom operations, team performance, customer experience, and merchandising standards, This role is responsible for ensuring smooth store execution while building a high-energy customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and store presentation
• Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable to company standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated concerns
• Manage merchandising, floor moves, pricing, and product displays
• Monitor inventory accuracy, sales processes, and operational efficiency
• Conduct team meetings, performance check-ins, and training
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the showroom
• Support sales growth, KPI tracking, and profitability goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask and drive operational execution
• Retail, furniture, or big-ticket sales experience preferred
