We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle!

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, support the team, and create a fun and welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their responsibilities. You should be comfortable multitasking, solving problems, and stepping in wherever help is needed. Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, staff scheduling, training, and team management.
• Take initiative and actively support the team to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Help manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and help staff handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Monitor store conditions and take action when something needs attention instead of waiting to be asked.
• Support sales goals by maintaining great product displays, assisting customers, and keeping the team motivated.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Help lead store operations and support the team when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Follow store policies and procedures and help ensure they are consistently followed by the team.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Previous retail or leadership experience preferred.
