职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 副店长 / Assistant Store Manager

协助店长管理门店日常营运、团队、服务与销售,并在店长不在时独立负责门店。 / Support the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, service and sales, and take charge of the outlet when required.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 协助管理开店、营业和闭店流程 / Support opening, trading and closing routines
• 协助排班、培训、工位安排及绩效跟进 / Support rostering, training, station deployment and performance follow-up
• 跟进销售、顾客反馈、现金、库存和损耗 / Monitor sales, customer feedback, cash, inventory and wastage
• 检查服务、陈列、卫生和食品安全标准 / Check service, display, hygiene and food-safety standards
• 店长不在时负责当日门店营运并完成交接汇报 / Lead daily outlet operations and complete handover reporting when the Store Manager is absent

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 至少3年零售或餐饮相关经验,其中至少1年团队或门店管理经验。 / At least 3 years of retail or F&B experience, including at least 1 year in team or outlet management.
• 学历 / Education: Diploma or GCE O-Level / 大专、GCE O水准或同等学历
• 沟通能力 / Communication: 能够清楚进行顾客服务、团队协调、交接及营运汇报。 / Able to communicate clearly in customer service, team coordination, handovers and operational reporting.
• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能轮班,并在周末和公共假日工作;愿意承担现场带班及店长代理职责。 / Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and take on shift leadership and acting Store Manager duties.
• 核心技能 / Key Skills: 门店营运、团队带领、顾客服务、排班、POS、现金、库存、损耗控制 / Outlet operations, team leadership, customer service, rostering, POS, cash, inventory, wastage control
