About the role

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, service and sales, and take charge of the outlet when required.

Key responsibilities

• Support opening, trading and closing routines
• Support rostering, training, station deployment and performance follow-up
• Monitor sales, customer feedback, cash, inventory and wastage
• Check service, display, hygiene and food-safety standards
• Lead daily outlet operations and complete handover reporting when the Store Manager is absent

About you

• At least 3 years of retail or F&B experience, including at least 1 year in team or outlet management
• Diploma or GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification
• Hospitality, Business, Retail or related field of study
• Able to communicate clearly in customer service, team coordination, handovers and operational reporting
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Willing to take on shift leadership and acting Store Manager duties
