Assistant Store Manager

Perfumania and the Fragrance Outlet are a designer fragrance retailer with over 300 stores nationwide.

Earn an additional $3 to $5 over your hourly rate with our commission incentive.

We are opening a NEW Fragrance Outlet store in Mall of America and currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Key Holders who are sales-driven and have experience driving results, building teams, and coaching performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in achieving store and company goals, and in leading a successful sales team.
• Must be a balanced leader that drives results; develops talent and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to network, recruit, hire and coach your talent to exceed expectations.
• Responsible for all store functions including, but not limited to, opening, closing, ordering, maintaining appropriate stock levels, freight processing, and all day to day store activities.
• Responsible for managing sales, scheduling, payroll hours and productivity.
• Manage and influence team by communicating clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
• Role model that elevates selling services to exceed company goals.
• Energizes team to achieve sales results.

Qualifications

• 1-3yr prior retail and/or management experience.
• Bilingual not required but a plus.
• Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong selling and exceptional customer service skills.
