Luxe Redux Bridal, a sample designer bridal boutique, is seeking a passionate, fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading daily boutique operations, developing and motivating the team, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and helping create a positive, collaborative environment while achieving individual and team sales goals.

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS

40 hours per week - Saturday, Sunday, and three weekdays

Weekend availability is required.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of customer service and/or retail experience, preferably in bridal, fashion, luxury, or specialty retail
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven sales experience with the ability to achieve and exceed individual and team goals
• Strong coaching, communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• A polished appearance that represents our luxury bridal brand
• The ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work weekends
