Assistant Store Manager

A self motivated, customer-driven, assistant store manager for a printing, packing and shipping store. This individual will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs. Duties include operating printers and fax equipment, sorting mail, packaging, and notary services.

PRINTING RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers with printing and copying orders, including business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, and banners. Operate digital and wide-format printers, prepare customer files for printing, check print quality, and complete finishing tasks such as cutting, folding, and binding.

Receiving and processing packages for shipments with FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years of age or older and willing to become a notary public.(cost covered by the business)

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months experience in printing and/or retail shipping with FedEx, USPS, or UPS but is not required

Retail experience is a plus

Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills, including math.

Ability to move and lift 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20 per hour
