Assistant Store Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Assistant Store Manager leads shift operations, with a focus on cost efficiency, high-quality food serving, and exceptional customer service. This role collaborates with the Store Manager in managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, maintaining brand equity, and ensuring financial health. Enforcing a positive workplace culture aligned to team performance, company values and business goals.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience or in similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry
• Food Safety Certification is preferred but not required, relevant management or leadership training is an advantage.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to be assigned in PITX, Paranaque

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
