TWP ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER of Las Vegas Fountainbleau

LOCATION: Fountainbleau Resort (level 2)

REPORTS TO: AREA MANAGER WEST COAST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for partnering with the Store Manager on driving the business forward by providing exceptional customer experience and creating long-lasting client relationships. This is a styling + sales floor role, focused on creating an environment where the customer is always the top priority. It is the responsibility of the Asst Store Manager to participate in cultivating a new store team that supports and motivates one another, and to create a legacy for themselves.

*This is an hourly + commission structure role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Meet personal and store sales goals by ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service.

*Establish returning client business for the store by developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships.

*Utilize and leverage companies selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed KPI expectations.

*Demonstrate understanding of each business channel and subsequent department of responsibility and be able to effectively communicate needs to each.

*Actively learn and speak to each collection, with the goal of always building stronger stylists. Understand the brand lineage and how each collection ties to the last.

*Maintain an engaged, active sales floor presence to lead by example and coach staff to develop strong client relationships.

*Provide in-the-moment feedback on the sales floor, with the goal of inspiring and developing the sales team.

*Maintain organization of visual standards of both the front and back of the house to ensure optimum merchandise flow and accuracy.

*Remain coachable and open to feedback to continuously develop in your role.

REQUIREMENTS:

*2+ years of management experience required, particularly in a similar capacity within the Fashion and Retail Industry.

*1+ years of previous sales experience required.

*A demonstrable understanding of relationship-driven selling.

*Ability to work with all forms of technology

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

*Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
