Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager at The Phone Guys Everett plays a vital role in supporting the overall operations of the retail store. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, product placement, and replenishment.
• Utilize POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retail store products, especially within the wireless industry such as Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket, Boost Mobile.
• Schedule staff shifts to optimize store coverage and operational efficiency.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Support training and development of team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales management within the wireless or telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
• Enthusiastic about sales with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience with wireless carriers such as Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket, or Boost Mobile is preferred.
• Flexibility with scheduling to meet store needs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
