Assistant Store Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the manager in leading the team and ensuring operational excellence.
• Building strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, acquiring broad product knowledge and ensuring a welcoming store environment.
• Processing web orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring that shelves are well stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Opening and closing the store.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Knowledge of toy product lines is an asset.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and have a high level of initiative.
• Possess a valid Class G driver’s licence and have your own reliable transportation.
• Both Saturday and Sunday shifts are required.
