Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in supporting the overall operations of the retail store. Duties

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in managing retail sales by engaging with customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.
• Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products to assist customers effectively and provide product recommendations.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock counts, and organization to ensure product availability.
• Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.
• Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support training new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
