Assistant Store Manager

• Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory control and customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales performance.

• Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles with supervising responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, merchandising, and retail math.
• Excellent communication skills in Korean and English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
