The Opportunity

We're after an experienced Retail Assistant Store Manager who brings relentless energy, thrives under pressure, and knows how to turn a great team into an unstoppable one. You love a challenge, you lead from the front, and you're the kind of person who lifts the entire store just by showing up. If retail is your thing and raising the bar is your default — this is the role you've been looking for, based at our Manawa Bay store in Auckland.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer‑first experiences.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
• Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
• Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
