Assistant Store Manager - Pattaya

Sale & Operation

• Advice and sale of products offered in the store
• Interest in the brand and the products
• Ensuring a perfect customer greeting and service
• Customer acquistion and retention
• Ensure a pererfect apperance of the store and the goods presentation (display cases, counters and furtniture)
• Support of other stadd during the sales (sevice, gift, etc.)
• Contribution to the acheivement of business goals
• Achievemnet of indivudual goals (set by the Store Mnager) and to contribute to the acheivement of business objectives
• Active participation in team meetings
• Maintenance and management of Store: cleanup and decontamination works

Various Activities

• Execution of tasks required by Store Manager such as; inventory, recorders, forwarding of product information, sheet work plans, a various administrative task, etc.
• Event attendance and / or targeted training
• Active participation in team meeting
• General clean-up and decontamination works
• Respect of the employment regulations (dress code, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably for a company with fast moving goods/products or in the watch industry.

Skills:

Must have

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English. Any other language an asset.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and present technical details.
• Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
