Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed
• Assist with recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified team members to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Motivate and guide store teams to achieve productivity and profitability goals
• Clearly communicate daily and weekly store objectives to the team
• Promote exceptional customer service through coaching, training, and leading by example
• Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation and overall store appearance
• Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
• Evaluate and purchase gently used clothing and accessories according to company standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting
• Available to work 40 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
• Physical ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Keen attention to detail for inspecting merchandise
• Ability to drive at any time during assigned shifts

Experience and License Requirements

• Ability to drive at any time during assigned shifts
• Ability to regularly and repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, which include 2 nights and rotating weekends
• At least 1 year of management experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
