🍫 Your Role: Assistant Store Manager This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead by example – support and motivate your team to deliver consistently high standards
• Coach and develop – identify opportunities to build capability and support team growth
• Drive operational excellence – ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock management and store presentation
• Support commercial outcomes – contribute to achieving sales targets, managing stock and minimising waste
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences – create a welcoming environment and ensure every customer interaction reflects the Koko Black brand

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Results-driven with the ability to balance operational and commercial priorities
• Proactive, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
