Assistant Store Supervisor

About the role

This role plays a key part in overseeing daily store activities, enforcing company standards, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outlet administrative activities, including cashier operations and weekly stock-taking (stock opname) processes.
• Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Ensure stock availability and maintain the implementation of the 5R (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principles within the outlet.
• Manage and develop outlet personnel to support smooth operations and achieve business targets.

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Strong interest in retail operations, marketing, and sales.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar.
