What they need
Carolina based General Contractor has a need for an Assistant Superintendent to be part of a team on a major multifamily project.
Responsibilities
- Site logistics, site safety, site safety meetings, delivery schedules, plan review, managing subcontractors on site, plan review, punch lists, weekly walks with owner's rep, coordination with designers, architects and engineers to problem solve and insure quality control.
Qualifications
- 8 years of multifamily or commercial experience
- Experience working with sub trades, architects, engineers, inspectors, owners
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
