Assistant Superintendent - IE

Summary This role assists the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors or supervising laborers and trade workers at the construction site. Monitors work performance, progress and productivity of subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. Assists in monitoring costs as specified in contract documents. Directly oversee the performance of workers completing all phases of construction to meet company standards and owner expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of previous field Interior or commercial construction experience.
• Public works, design build or school campus style project preferred
• 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
• Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
• Ability to read plans and specs.

The compensation for the Assistant Superintendent position is 100,000 - 120,000.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The amount and availability of any bonus, incentive, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law and any applicable plan documents.
