Assistant Supermarket Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Achieving sales target and alert in profit margin

• Identify profitability ratio by studying financial statements and operating statements

• Deciding selling price and formulating pricing policies

• Complete all the operational requirements of the supermarket

• Good in analyzing variance, schedule expenditure, and prepare annual budget aside achieving other financial objectives of the organization

• Strong in planning and executing strategies

• Maintain inventories and approve contracts to ensure consistent availability of the required services and merchandise

Job Requirements

• Educational qualification: Degree or Diploma in Retail Management or relevant
• Minimum 10 years experiences in Supermarket field with at least 3 years in Managerial
• Possess excellent market knowledge and trend
• Excellence in planning and executing strategical sales processes
• Possess excellent supermarket knowledge
• Possess management proficiency and ability to lead & manage team
• Degree or higher in Business studies or any related fields.
