Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily branch operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent customer service.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support when needed.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Handle customer concerns and assist in providing effective solutions.
• Monitor inventory, sales reports, and operational requirements.
• Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives to increase sales.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or team leadership.
• Experience in supervising a team is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in the optical, healthcare, or retail industry is an advantage.
