Assistant Supervisor (Manufacturing & Fabrication)

Everest Scaffolding Corporation is seeking an experienced Assistant Supervisor to join our team in Guiguinto, Bulacan. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing daily operations and ensuring the efficient, safe execution of our scaffolding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Coordination: Assist the Supervisor in directing the scaffolding crew and providing the resources needed for task completion.
• Project Oversight: Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet our quality standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Proactively identify and address any safety concerns or technical issues on the floor.
• Operational Tracking: Maintain accurate records regarding project status, labor hours, and material usage.
• Planning: Collaborate with the Supervisor on scheduling and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor or assistant supervisor specifically within manufacturing and fabrication.
• Technical Certification: A TESDA NC II to NC IV certificate in any welding process (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, or GTAW) is a strong advantage but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading engineering drawings and blueprints; hands-on experience with scaffolding equipment.
• Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-Oriented: A commitment to high standards of quality, safety protocols, and precise documentation.
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineer or any related technical course.
