What they need
Key Responsibilities
Quality checking of finished products at different stages of production
Monitoring taste, texture, colour, appearance and overall product quality
Ensuring products meet defined quality standards
Identifying quality issues and coordinating with the Production team
Maintaining quality records and inspection reports
Ensuring hygiene, food safety and process compliance
Conducting regular checks of raw materials and finished products
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Namkeen / FMCG / Food Industry
Good knowledge of food product quality parameters
Strong observation and quality-checking skills
Graduate in any stream
Ability to work effectively with Production & Quality responsibilities
