- Ensure productivity, quality, and safety requirements are met
- Report operational issues to management and assist in resolving them
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with prior experiences or Diploma qualification
- Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Able to speak Chinese
- Basic computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday, with rest days on weekdays
