ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR – BEAUTY & SKINCARE

Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000 per month

We are looking for a passionate and confident Assistant Supervisor to join our growing beauty team.

If you enjoy skincare, makeup, beauty consultation and interacting with customers, this could be the right opportunity for you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult customers on skincare, makeup and beauty products

• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and concerns

• Demonstrate product usage and explain product benefits

• Promote and upsell skincare & makeup products

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience

• Assist customers with product selection and beauty recommendations

• Support the Supervisor in managing daily store operations

• Assist in achieving sales targets and team performance

• Support and guide Beauty Advisors when required

• Maintain product display, cleanliness and overall store standards

• Assist with stock checking and daily operational tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in beauty, skincare, makeup, retail or customer service is an advantage

• Passionate about beauty, skincare and makeup

• Confident in communicating and consulting with customers

• Friendly, proactive and customer-oriented

• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets

• Responsible and able to work as part of a team

• Leadership experience is an added advantage
