About the role
Supervise daily store operations and staff performance, ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow, monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and cash handling, implement and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures, address and resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly, and assist in staff training, coaching, and scheduling.

About you
- 1–2 years supervisory experience (F&B or retail preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic reporting, inventory, and cash control knowledge
- Willing to work shifting schedules
