Job Qualification :

• Education S1 Agriculture, Horticulture
• ⁠ Have at least 1 years pratical experience in growing flowers or related field
• ⁠ Good planning, organizing, and good analytical thinking
• Excellent in Ms. Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Placement : Merek, Karo - North Sumatera

Job Description:

• To assist Growing Supervisor for all planning and activities in the CF Production.
• ⁠ Observation plants growth respond to see the healthiness of plants.
• ⁠ Taking care and organize the greenhouse according to the SOP, including the housekeeping. Make sure GH is clean and equipment functioning correctly
• ⁠ Supervise all daily production activities up to harvest including: checking soil preparation before planting, planting, irrigation, disbudding, planting net height, spraying chemicals, alar activities
