Assistant Supervisor – Electronic Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Supervisor to support our production operations in the electronic manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will assist in managing production operators, monitoring daily production activities and ensuring production tasks are completed according to requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in supervising and managing production operators
• Monitor daily production activities and manpower
• Handle production work, checking, cleaning and testing
• Ensure operators follow work instructions and production requirements
• Assist with operator training and provide guidance when required
• Monitor work progress and support daily production targets
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and proper working practices
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification: PMR, PMR or Diploma
• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred
• Experience in handling and managing production operators is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge
• Required to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers
• Good communication and people-management skills
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
• Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday
• Able to accept weekday rest days on a rotational basis

WORKING HOURS

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Saturday and Sunday included
Rest Days: 2 days on weekdays, rotational basis

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 per month
OT: Available, subject to operational requirements
Meal Allowance: RM5 per working day
Attendance Bonus: RM150 per month
Medical Claim: RM50 per claim, maximum RM300 per year

Salary will be offered based on relevant experience, skills and suitability for the position.
