Assistant Supervisor (Polymer Synthesis)

Develop and improve product quality to meet customer requirements by planning and executing product development trials and effectively delegating tasks. Develop formulations to reduce costs without compromising product quality. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure operational continuity. Maintain laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.

Job details are as follows:

1. Develop new products.

2. Improve product quality.

3. Test alternative raw materials.

4. Manage quality system plans.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.

2. At least 2 years of work experience in product development and quality improvement Polymer Synthesis will be adventage.

3. Basic understanding of the industry, particularly paint and chemical manufacturing.

4. English communication skills.

5. Proficiency in using analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.

6. Working at TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Head Office, Bang Na-Trat Road (Km. 23), Samut Prakan.
